Busch pump

Our table-top models are all equipped with a 40, 63 or even a 100 m³/h (2, 3 or 5 HP) high efficiency, reliable and robust Busch pump to ensure high vacuum level up to 2 mbars, and able to run long hours of non-stop production.

Strong sealing

Uniform and weld-sealing (tear resistant) with two (2) V-shape Ni-Cr wires RoSH compliant on each sealbar.

Convenient and large chamber

With plenty of working space for a table-top model, the chamber is designed roomy with 9.25" height to fit large cuts and a variety of products.

Besides, the dimensions with 20" or 26" sealbars are also designed for maximum arrangments of various North American pouches size.

With the included adjustable shims with easy set-up supports the manipulation of pouches becomes fast and easy.

Sturdy and transparent lid

The dome lid is designed with a wide 65 ° opening to faciliate fast loading and unloading of pouches.

The whole see-through lid allows you to easily watch your pouches and have an unobstructed visual control of your complete packaging process.

The Nel controls provides you time based processes with exceptional precision and sensivity of 0.1 second, allowing you much more possibilites.

Unique Processes

Depending of the characterisitcs of your products, the quality of your MAP or vacuum packaging results relies on the smart combination of pressure measurement and air evacuation controls.

Unique time-based process

The desired vacuum level is obtained by the duration of the air evacuation inside your vacuum chamber. The Nel Series provide you a wide range of extended durations in full vacuum region once the 2 mbars vacuum level is reached, and a wide range and exceptional control of the processes in the modified atmosphere region with a sensivity of 0.1 second.

Ready for optional gas flush process

The optional gas flush equipment can be easily installed many years after you have acquired your Nel Series model. Our unique Nel gas flush process allows you to perform modified atmosphere packaging easily and precisely with a control 0.1 second sensivity. With this level of precison, you will get result you really want, not too tight, not too loose: exactly what you want!

Optional purge process

Through several inert gas flushing sequential cycles, this technique reduces the amount of residual oxygen for extremely low oxygen vacuum packaging applications.
