Do I need accurate control of my vacuum process for traditional products?

If your products only need a full vacuum process for preservation, you may not necessitate an accurate control. However, your will require a high level vacuum and you will need a strong solid sealed vacuum package which our machines can provide and achieve easily and consistently for you with a vacuum level reached at 2 mbars and a firm sealing system providing up to 90 kg-force.


When should I use partial vacuum or gas flush?

In the case of delicate products such as catering foods like noodles, pasta in sauces etc. or soft industrial items such as springs or bi-metal etc. you may wish to use partial vacuum or gas flush to extend the preservation of your products or to facilitate storage and handling.


Why would I need accurate control of my vacuum and MAP processes?

An accurate processs will allow you to keep the integrity of your delicate products inside the bags under the atmospheric pressure, and keeping them attractive and secure in there place.
