Standard Pressure-based process

Depending of the characterisitcs of your products, the quality of your MAP or vacuum packaging results relies on the smart combination of pressure measurement and air evacuation controls.



Standard Time-based process

The desired vacuum level is obtained by the duration of the air evacuation inside your vacuum chamber. The Nel Series provide you a wide range of extended durations in full vacuum region once the 2 mbar vacuum level is reached, and a wide range and exceptional control of the processes in the modified atmosphere region with a sensivity of 0.1 second.



Physical parameters smart measurements with Auto-vacuum processes

Our Auto Series smart algorithm and sensors provide you high accuracy in every subtlety of the process to assure that you get the results you really want, whether it is for full vacuum or modified atmosphere applications.



Liquid products optimized process

Our Auto Series smart algorithm and sensors detect the transition phase of your liquid products during the vacuum cycle and determine the best moment to complete the vacuum cycle, just before a spill can occur.



Purge process

Through several inert gas flushing sequential cycles, this technique reduces the amount of residual oxygen for extremely low oxygen vacuum packaging applications.



Decelerated vacuum process

High production rate machines are designed for fast vacuum cycles, but sometimes, you may need to use your machine for an opposite need. This process allows you to obtain a softened evacuation cycle on a heavy workhorse machine.
